This ornate work of art
focuses on an indian adorned with an eagle headdress, suspended above a
landscape scene of his camp along a wild river. Also featured on
this oaken door is a thunderbird (upper right corner) inlaid with paduka
and koa woods detailing each feather, and a hand-carved and painted border
replicating indian beadwork.
